Q. Do you ship to my country?

A. FriendnFoe currently ships worldwide! The USA, Australia, Russia, China, India, you name it, we delivery to it! We're based in London, England so the further you are away from us, the longer your item will generally take!

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. It normally take us a few days to process and pack your order, and during busy times, it can take even more. After this, orders are shipped via Royal Mail and generally take 4-5 working days for UK orders, 7-10 working days for Europe and generally 7-21 working days for all other, worldwide orders.

Please allow for the combined processing and delivery time before contacting us regarding your order; rest assured, it's on it's way!

Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. There is a flat rate delivery charge of £3 for UK and European orders and £5 for worldwide orders.

We currently offer free shipping for UK orders above £60 and you can claim this by entering the code 'FREESHIPUK' at the checkout.

We also offer free shipping for Worldwide order above £100 and you can claim this by entering the code 'FREESHIPWORLD' at the checkout.

Q. Is there a tracking number for my order?

A. We do not currently send our orders tracked, rest assured, your order is on it's way!

Q. The item/size I would like is currently out of stock…

A. Many of the FriendnFoe products we release are limited edition and once sold out, may not be printed again, that being said, there are many other products that are restocked on a regular basis! The best way to keep up to date is to sign up to our mailing list, where you'll also recieve information on new products, offers and also sales! Keep an eye on our social networks also!

Q. I'd like to return an item. Hold do I go about doing this?

Q. There is a problem with my order, help!

A. We are only human! Although rare, mistakes do happen! If by chance there is an error or problem regarding your orders then do not hesitate to email us and we'll make sure we amend this as swiftly and efficiently as possible. info@friendnfoe.com

Q. I put the wrong address on my order/I ordered the wrong size/I messed up!! HELP.

A. Chill! We can help! …Maybe.

If there's a problem with your order then make sure you emailed us right away! If it's a problem with size, and you don't email us before it gets shipped then unfortunately you will have to pay for the return and reposting of the item.

If you've placed an incorrect address and your order is shipped before emailing us then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

RETURNS POLICY

Friend n' Foe LTD offer a 14 day returns/exchange policy. We want to you be 100% happy with your purchase and if for some reason you are not then you may return your item to the address found on our returns form, and provided the garments arrive back to us in the condition they were received and free from any smells or blemishes, then we will grant you a full refund or exchange:

We are happy to exchange an item for an alternate size, or for a product of equal value, provided this item and size is in stock. All costs for returns and exchanges of an item must be covered by the purchaser. This includes the additional shipping of the new item.

If there was an error made on our part then we will happily cover any re-postage costs.

The returns department reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet the required quality control.
